<description>Congratulations to The Empire State Building Company for making this investment.

We recently completed a less invasive energy retrofit of a 17 floor office tower in Dallas, installing Zigbee technology wireless thermostats that communicate with cloud-based energy management software.

Our retrofit has achieved a 20 percent energy cost savings and is giving a one year payback on investment while reducing CO2 emissions by 1.2 million pounds per year for the life of the system. Because we are only changing out thermostats, there is minimal disturbance to the occupants. This Dallas office tower took less than a week to retrofit.
