		<description>My company just became a distributor of a commercial energy management system for a well known chain of fast food restaurants here in southern California. I can&#039;t mention the franchise but the EMS system is great for monitoring and managing multiple HVAC RTU units. Saved me from driving out on unnecessary service calls.
