		<description>Its great to burn methane from old dumps to generate power.  But we have to eliminate the trashing paradigm entirely.  Everything produced can be either recycled or composted.  Ignoring the energy savings of recycling, it will soon become a materials solution as well as natural resources are depleted.</description>
