eRinGo EV is a Spinning Ring Car for Two

Iranian CG artist Mohammed Ghezel [4] has conceived of a vehicle sure to give you the spins with this eRinGo concept, a drum/ring-shaped electric vehicle [5] that features two steering wheels for double the fun. The tilting vehicle may look topsy-turvy at best, but it’s not the first ring spinning craft [6] we’ve seen!

The car, which is named for the electric rings that make it move, allows two people to steer. When one person wants to cede control, their steering wheel locks, and the other wheel frees up for use.
Ghezel admits that his design may not yet be practical, or even functional, but he believes that it isn’t impossible. And with seemingly improbable vehicles like the Nissan Land Glider EV [7] making it past the design stage, who’s to say he isn’t right?
