		<description>Decent idea in principle - you&#039;d need to constantly monitor the steel foundations of your new islands for rust though.  

Unfortunately this seems the stupidest, least thought-through way of accomplishing the goal.  Strikes me as though the person responsible for this got lazy when it came to developing their idea, and so just got a little happy with the stamp tool in photoshop.</description>
