In Spain, a country that has produced some of the world's most iconic modernist architecture and fearless imaginative lines, why should a bus stop look like a mere shelter for buses? That's the approach taken by Spanish architect Eustáquio Martínez, who designed the Intercambiador Padre Anchieta (Interchange Station Padre Anchieta) in Santa Cruz, Tenerife. This unconventional bus shelter, completed in Feburary, truly celebrates the spirit of surrealist Spanish architecture.
