What better way to experience the gorgeous Amazon River than on an eco-luxury floating hotel? Designed by Peruvian architect Jordi Puig, Aqua Expeditions combines transport with 16 guest rooms, a lush lounge and dining room, exercise room, sun deck and outdoor Jacuzzi. Sailing along the Amazon River, the boat supports local communities and conservation efforts while giving tourists a front-row view of the gorgeous area.
Up to 32 guests can travel the waters of the Amazon River through the Peruvian rainforest and beyond. Each of the cozy guest rooms features a large picture window, bringing guests up close and personal with the breathtaking scenery outside as they float along the river. Where else can you watch as the Amazon goes by from your bed?
On deck, guests have all the modern amenities of home, with comfy sofas arranged for socializing in the lounge area, a dining room with stunning views, and a Jacuzzi in full view of the rainforest. Guests can also lounge on their own private balcony, or take in the sites from the comfort of their rooms in the floating hotel.
The 147-foot boat also takes guests to the remote and beautiful area of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, a unique preserved area. The mobile hotel brings tourism to these native areas along the Amazon, without being intrusive. The boat helps to support local communities and promote environmental conservation efforts in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
Aqua Expeditions disembark in 3, 4, and 7 night cruises deep into the Amazon wilderness.
