		<description>As a designer and builder in Valparaiso, Indiana I really question the conservative attitudes I will have to deal with until such time as lower income and construction costs force people to consider contempory design over traditional.  Personally I all for it as long as we can prove going green reduces cost, saves energy and can be amortized over seven years.</description>
