Recently several auto sites revealed a first glimpse of the eagerly anticipated 2010 Prius! Currently scheduled for official unveiling in January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, the revamped model features a similar body shape with a redesigned front, more interior room, and better fuel economy.
Toyota‘s Open Road Blog confirmed the veracity of the pics shortly after they surfaced, stating that “This new Prius will retain all of the virtues of the model that precedes it.” From what we can see the vehicle shares many similarities with its predecessor, and we will have to wait till January to hear what’s under the hood. For the present you can check out our earlier post about the rumours of a solar powered prius if you’d like to dream a bit.
