This is great. The information is getting out. These campaigns are incredibly important. When you cook/order and eat vegetarian and raw, you will never miss what you have omitted. It is kinder. It is smarter. It will make a difference.

Are you sure we’d only save “1 ton of water”? I think we can save that much by not watering a few lawns. Maybe it’s supposed to say a billion tons?
