Michael Bloomberg may have relinquished his role as New York City’s mayor, but when it comes to ways he can continue to serve people, there are plenty of other fish in the sea. One of Bloomberg’s latest initiatives is a $53 million plan to combat food shortages, ecosystem imbalances and economic problems caused by over-fishing the world’s oceans.
