in 10 to 15 years, everyone who wants them will already have all the photo voltaic and wind systems they need. Only two industries for that volume cf city? Making curvy plant like lines to make it green? The real future is totally independent structures and a more local interactive community with lots less need for large transportation systems.
Back to the drawing board guys.

Foster and parents are desperate for big projects. Big project but with no intention for materialisation - just speculative greenwashed investment scam schemes. Sir Foster should give up expensive hobbies and kill his ego first , then he could go back on the drafting board and do some research on what exatly sustainablility means and what we need to reconsider if we are meant to suceed as a whole man+nature.

Another sustainable city built at what appears to be sea level. In 75 years they are going to need to relocate all those people or start building dikes.
