THE DESIGN MAINLY RESPONDS TO THE ARABIAN ARCHITECTURAL IDENTITY BUT AS ALL OTHER NORMAN FOSTER PROJECTS ARE FULL OF MASONIC SYMBOLS FOR EXAMPLE HERE THE EYE SYMBOL.. BUT THE ARABIAN PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN THE GULF ARE TOO IGNORANT TO REALISE SUCH EVIL SYMBOLS..

An observation: the similarity with the Arab dhow sailboat is only a punctual detail justifying a broader judgement. The curved line is a defining element for the all the Arab shaped art products, straight lines being a rather recent achievement for this culture.

wow, i’m very impressed. normally, the goal of airport design seems to be to make it looks as much like every other airport on the planet as possible, inside at least. they’ve gone for a unique interior and exterior, very nice.
