Inhabitat took some time last weekend to check out all the amazing innovations in green building at West Coast Green, and we found this year's show floor filled with lots of beautiful, weird and fascinating products. Read on for a look at some of our favorite finds - from solar window shades to gorgeous recycled lanterns and foldable cargo bikes!

There were several of these attractive chicken coops by “Rustic Coops” posted throughout West Coast Green. It’s great to see a project take the character of its materials (i.e. the “rusticity” of used wood) and employ it as a design feature.

Some of the most eye-catching stand-outs in the long line of booths were these lanterns made from recycled metal by Living Green Design Solutions. The finishes on the lanterns are also non-toxic.
