Fusion Properties to Build Beautiful Green Roof Topped Houses in Baakens Valley, South Africa

One of the first GBCSA [5] registered Multi-Unit Residential Pilot projects in South Africa is being planned for Port Elizabeth, South Africa. To be developed by Fusion Properties, the project will consist of 5 individual units sloping into the Baakens Valley, a verdant area which is often thought of as the “lungs of the city”. Targeting a 4 Star rating, the homes will incorporate various ‘green building’ principles including green roofs, sustainable building materials and passive design.
