Scientists had it all wrong when they built massive particle accelerators. They should have gone small, like the brilliant builders over at JK Brickworks. JK Brickworks has built an all-LEGO accelerator that actually sends a LEGO soccer ball up to 12.5 kph, or in LEGO speak, 440 studs per second.
Apparently a Higgs-Boson fan, JK Brickworks cleverly created an accelerator which sends a LEGO ball at high speed to collide with another brick to simulate the collision of subatomic particles. The results are very…enlightening, as the accompanying video shows.
