		<description>There was a huge opportunity lost here.  Aesthetically I have to disagree with the design, it is nothing more then something seen off high-way rest stops surviving from the 80\&#039;s.  I would have liked to see a variety of screens and depths of shade possibilities since that seemed to be the only focus.  I also would have liked to see the unused space above the umbrellas, to be adapted for PV\&#039;s to power the lights below, otherwise, the wasted power for the lights are only resolving the safety concerns they had created.  However, the sun is only one of many issues here.  The people still have to travel a far distance between amenities.  There is nothing bringing people to the \&quot;plaza\&quot; other then to be shaded by their mistake.  I also would have liked to see one person randomly walking around in the photos.  Unless vendors and small markets set up frequently in this space, I fear a lonely future for this design.</description>
