Recently the Golden Arrow Lakeside Resort in Lake Placid, NY was awarded a 5-Green Leaf Rating from Audubon International and the Audubon Greenleaf Eco-Rating Program. The lakeside resort is now the only resort in the US with the 5-Green Leaf honor and only one of two resorts in the world who have achieved this eco-rating, making it the greenest resort in the US. Golden Arrow has been working diligently on their green initiatives and business sustainability since 2005, which include recycling programs, energy efficiency upgrades and guest amenities.
