Google Unviels “Project Glass” Augmented Reality Cyber Glasses

Ever wish you could access Google Maps without looking down at your phone? Or that you could snap a photo and send by just looking at something? The future might be closer than you think. This week, Google took the lid off “Project Glass,” [5] the company’s long-rumored foray into augmented reality. A new first-person YouTube video demonstrates the glasses’ potential, showing a man using Google Maps [6], Google+ [7], and Google Talk while walking down the street in Manhattan.
