		<description>Am I the only one here thinking this sounds an awful lot like simple, 1-cent phosphorus based glow-in-the-dark tech like what my cracker jacks toys and light switch plates are made out of?

The author really should tell us what makes this glass any better than that old 1960&#039;s tech.</description>
