Architect Creates Geodesic Building Toys from Recycled Trash!

If you’re into structures and architecture like we are, playing with K’nex or Tinker Toys as a child may have had something to do with it. Now one enterprising architect/grandfather, Ron Aarons AIA, is taking the fun and magic of those beloved toys to the next level by making similar playthings out of trash. The bucky ball inspired geodesic domes are made entirely of used plastic bottles saved from the landfill! Called Toys from Trash, Aarons’ concept teaches kids about recycling right as they play.
