Good article.  Pick up the book JIT Factory Revolution: A Pictorial Guide to Factory Design of the Future (Hardcover).  It is an old Japanese manufacturing book.  It also talks about cleaning up your office and work stations.  More pictures than words and definately gets the point across.  Good ideas that have been around in some places for a long time.  Forget the cubiclas and paper... it is all just waste in one form or another.  It&#039;s much nicer to be surrounded by people instead of walls.
