Here comes the next generation of car sharing: neighbor-to-neighbor, or car sharing 2.0! RelayRides [4] is a young startup that connects people who want to loan out their car to people that want to rent local cars on demand. The car owner sets the price and makes money off the deal and the car borrower pays for driving per hour. It’s a much more efficient way to use transportation resources.
