Chipicas Town Houses, Alejandro Sanchez Garcia, vertical houses, low impact housing, sustainable design, eco architecture, mexico architecture, green design

Built in 2009, the houses are nestled amidst a private garden in downtown Valle de Bravo, Mexico. Their shaded wooden exteriors help them blend in with their surroundings while filtering light so that the interiors doesn’t get too hot. The houses are spread over 720 square meters of land to ensure ample privacy for each residence. The project was designed by Alejandro Sanchez Garcia, Alfredo Cortes Tellez, Miguel Campero, and José Luis Salamanca.
