Sensational title, unfortunately misleading or maybe an outright lie. Does the green-roofed building actually purify and deliver the drinking water? or is this process managed from within the building (employees)? I found no information in your article that proves that the function of the building is to purify (drinking) water for the entire city. I do believe it is a well designed building designed to motivate the people inside to achieve their objectives. In a world that needs real convincing to accept alternative, ecologically sound ideas and technical applications, the truth is needed to prove these claims or not senstaionalist and misleading claims. Keep it real(istic) folks!
