Nicholas Warner and his wife decided to make these amazing Batman and Robin life-sized LEGO costumes for Halloween. Each costume is made from simple materials like scrap cardboard boxes and foam tubes - read on to learn how to make one!

HOW TO MAKE THIS COSTUME

Step 1:

Cut a 20" cardboard tube to fit for the heads. Stick a tube of foam around the top and bottom, and a yellow circle on the top.

Step 2:

For Batman, use the same card, cut and fix it wider, for a helmet. For Robin, you can add some papier mache hair.

Step 3:

The suits and legs can then be constructed using scrap cardboard boxes. Paint them to finish.
