Eva Petakovic came up with the idea for Mr. Bog Bord while walking in the park. She saw a beautiful bright yellow gingko tree that was shedding its leaves and decided to collect those that had fallen to the ground. Using the leaves, she created Mr. Bog Bord, the friendly yellow bird.

Step 1:

Collect gingko leaves, de-stem them, and staple them to strips of tulle

Step 2:

Staple the feathered strips together for the wings, body, and headpiece

Step 3:

Halve a ping-pong ball for the eyes, and use a fake pepper covered in felt for the beak

Step 4:

Wrap your legs in orange felt and staple the edges together
