Tara Lofgren's pink flamingo Halloween costume is a labor of DIY love. With a pile of feathers to one side, and a tank top and a pair of shorts on the other, Tara toiled away for countless hours gluing, sewing, and weaving feathers onto the various pieces of clothing. What she came up with was a fabulous flamingo costume that comes complete with a beak made from a visor, and feathery, pink fingertips!HOW TO MAKE THIS COSTUME
Step 1: Glue pink feathers onto shorts and a tank top.
Step 2: Make a bust out of tulle and boas.
Step 3: Glue feathers onto a wig cap.
Step 4: Cut and glue foam onto a visor to make a beak.
