Real Working Camera Halloween Costume by Renee Adams
Renee Adams created this incredibly clever camera costume for her daughter - and the best part is that it actually takes pictures and displays them on the back like a real digital camera! The camera body consists of a simple cardboard box covered with felt. The back features a lightweight LCD screen, which is powered with a camping battery and connected to an iPhone. When a photo is taken with the iPhone, it pops up on the back screen!HOW TO MAKE THIS COSTUME
Step 1:
Sew (or tie) a lightweight TV to a life Jacket.
Step 2:
Attach a HDMI cable from the TV to an iPhone.
Step 3:
Make the camera exterior using felt and a cardboard box. The box should rest on top of the life vest. Cut a hole in the front of the box and insert a clean waste basket (or other cylinder) to make the lens.
Step 4:
Plug the TV into a camping battery pack to provide power. Now whenever you take a picture with the iPhone the image will pop up on the camera costume's back screen!
