Snow Miser and Heat Miser Halloween Costume by Phil Clark
Inspired by the classic 1974 Christmas Classic, Phil Clark and his friend decided to dress up as the Snow Miser and the Heat Miser for Halloween. Every part of their green halloween costume was made at home, including the hair which is candle wax poured over a paper mache mold. The nose, chin and cheeks are latex and the cane is a wood dowel with a plastic christmas ornament on top filled with snow flakes.
