The Cereal Monster Family Halloween Costumes by Crystal Adkins

The Adkins family decided to be cereal monsters for Halloween. All 3 costumes cost them less than $10.00 and $5.00 of that was for the pink sweatsuit and fleece blanket. Everything else was made of recycled or reused materials.

HOW TO MAKE THIS COSTUME

Step 1:

Paper mache a helmet for BooBerry and 2 masks for Count Chocula and Frankenberry and paint them with base colors.

Step 2:

Cut out the eyeholes for each mask and shape them with scissors or a knife so heads look more like the characters.

Step 3:

Glue the fleece material on top of BooBerry, glue white circles and blue half cirlces for the eyes and lids. Paint the eyebrows and mouths.

Step 4:

Add on any extras/props necessary.
