Joseph Bertucci brought out the dark side of Harvey Dent with this gruesome Two-Face halloween costume. The handmade costume took about 3 hours of make-up to create the overall effect, and Joseph used as many reference photos as he could to keep it as realistic and true to the character as possible. A thrift store suit altered with realistic burn marks completes the ensemble.

HOW TO MAKE THIS COSTUME

Step 1:

Pick up a bald cap and prosthetic scars at a Halloween supply store and apply them with spirit gum.

Step 2:

Add a base layer of black makeup to give Two-Face's lesser half a charred look.

Step 3:

Add fake blood/gore to create a more realistc burn effect.

Step 4:

Look for a secondhand suit at a thrift store and alter it with realistic burn marks. Watch out for Batman!
