With the exception of some super moist-lipped human mutations walking around out there, pretty much everyone gets chapped lips in the winter. That’s why home made lip balm is such a wonderful treat and gift – and it’s easy to whip up. Truth be told, these probably need about 8-10 hours to set, but if you have about 24 hours to spare, they’re still a viable project that anyone would love to receive.
