ANDREW, Green Building Writer: This year when I look back I am very grateful to be able to explore all of the extraordinary projects and wisdom that went into them. This has been a time of division but also of insightful, sometime groundbreaking thinking that will define the future. I am thankful for my wife, family, friends and the bears. Most of all I am thankful to see Eva Michler Ryan, my niece, who will poke her little head into the world in a couple of weeks.
