It might sound as fantastical as the Harry Potter [4] stories that inspired the project, but a Canadian firm claims to have designed an invisibility cloak that will disguise American soldiers from their enemies. Hyperstealth Biotechnology told Daily Mail [5] that their Quantum Stealth cloak incorporates light-bending technology that tricks the human eye, making wearers undetectable. Because of security constraints, the firm is not permitted to share their proof of concept, but the U.S. Pentagon and the Canadian military are said to be on board.
