		<description>Usually when people go to town hall, they should be impressed by architectural splendor. Instead this building appears as if it is hiding from the Luftwaffe. It&#039;s geometry blends to the surrounding environment I doubt even the town citizens will be able to find it. Where as traditional town and city halls are very prominent to announce to it&#039;s citizens they are visible and there to serve.
