Using wooden crates that hold strawberries at street markets, designer Henry Baumann [4] transformed these plain containers into furniture [5] such as stools, tables and lights. Baumann disassembled the crates, and using every wooden part, he re-assembled them with glue and staples to make unique home decor [5]. Dubbed “130 Strawberry Crates,” Baumann showcased his collection at the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven this past October.
