One of the best ways to warm up the house, pump up the holiday cheer, and have a little fun with your friends and family is to spend a few hours baking! This holiday season Inhabitat’s Editor-in-Chief Jill Feherenbacher is sharing one of her favorite baking recipes: Petey’s Vegan Almond Cookies. Adapted from an age-old recipe to suit her vegan household, these scrumptious little treats require just five ingredients that can be easily found in your cupboards or at your local grocer. It’s as simple as stirring, smushing and setting the dough in the oven for 15-minutes to bake – and you’ll be pleased to know this quick and easy recipe is a lot of fun and yields dozens of delicious cookies!
