Last week, Honda introduced a whole new line of Civics at the New York International Auto Show . Hidden among them was the all-new Honda Civic Natural Gas . Gone are the NGV badges, and the interior now looks like any other Civic, including sat-nav, Bluetooth connectivity, and more.
Honda has repurposed its 1.8-liter 4-cylinder gas engine to burn natural gas, which Honda estimates will burn clean (it qualified as an AT-PZEV) and achieve 31 miles per gallon combined fuel economy. The Honda CNG will be available across the U.S. this spring, after the launch of the other Civic models.
