Honda recently revealed the vehicle that it hopes will be the ultimate Prius killer. Dubbed the Insight Concept, the vehicle is the latest in Honda’s lineup of next-generation energy efficient vehicles. At a proposed asking point of less than $18,000 the five passenger hatchback is being billed as the cheapest hybrid on the market!

Nice car!
But from the front wheels back it looks exactly like a Prius.
Perhaps that’s why it’s under 18.000$… “We don’t need a new design, just take it from someone who already invested in innovative design”.
But hey, I like the price anyway, so I don’t really care if it’s a Prius-design rip-off…
Too bad it’s not the size of the prius. Since it’s a 5-door I doubt it will get the Insight’s impressive mpg rating.
I’ll be shocked if that $18,000 price point actually holds.
