I think it would be much more dynamic if the driver would actually lean the other way round like riding a horse or riding a breaching Dolphin. Replace the brake light with the main light. With one wheel to the front and the hub could close fully over the driver and he'd really stay dry. Maybe only his boots sticking out the bottom sides finding rest on the sides like the stirrups of on horse. Visibility would be increased, height & g.center lowered accrued airflow and simple "fin like winglets" could add pressure and push the entire built towards the ground nearly and at the same time serve as storeage and give a sense of the back witdth at the front while riding it.
