Apple season is in full-swing, and there’s no better way to enjoy a crispy, tangy apple than by taking a big bite out of a caramel apple. They’re delicious, nutritious, and they make autumn feel just a little more festive. But you don’t have to go to a carnival or a state fair to find yourself a good caramel apple; making them at home is fun and easy, and it’s the best way to ensure that your apples are organic, crispy and fresh (because few things are more disappointing than biting into a caramel apple, only to find that the apple within is mealy and soft).
