We admit it: We’re a little bit obsessed with homemade popsicles this summer. But with the oppressive heat wave that has gripped much of the US since summer began, there’s no better way to stay cool. One of our favorite homemade popsicle recipes is the Cherry Tofu Pops recipe from the book Ice Pop Joy. All you need is some organic silken tofu, some organic Bing cherries, orange juice, agave nectar, wheat germ, and of course, some good popsicle molds.
