		<description>This a garbage. It only proves the technical vacuousness of this competition if this device can be called a &quot;finalist&quot;. It is entirely a Photoshop design. The most rudimentary technical knowledge would prove that this has almost zero utility. Even with the best available solar cells, the incident room light on that size panel would barely keep  those two LEDs lit, let only charge anything else.</description>
