Inhabitat is hiring green design writers!

Calling all freelance writers – do you avidly follow environmental issues and truly believe that sustainable design can save the world? Inhabitat is currently looking to expand our news desk with additional sustainable architecture [1], green design [2], and environmental news and policy [3] writers, so get in touch today! As the biggest green design news site on the web we’re offering you a platform to broadcast your voice to millions of monthly readers around the world who are as passionate about the environment as you are. Our ideal candidates will have a great grasp on the latest developments in green design and will be able to write with speed, clarity, and wit. You’ll also need to be able to find and break news Monday through Friday in a fast-paced online environment. We’re offering competitive per-post pay with bonuses, a great community, and the opportunity to work from any location (so long as you’re available to sign on M-F). If you think you’d make a great addition to the Inhabitat team send the following to editor [at] inhabitat.com with the headline “New Inhabitat Writer“:

1. A one paragraph bio telling us a bit about yourself and why you would make a fantastic writer for Inhabitat.

2. 1-3 published story clips or links to online articles you have written.

3. Three story ideas that you would like to write for Inhabitat.
