Gallery: Inhabitat Reports from ICFF 2011!

Korbeiniki Chair by BRC Designs
BRC Designs also showcased the Korbeiniki Chair, which is made from keys salvaged from 30 defunct pianos. The underlying structure of the chair is made of wood recycled from the piano's bodies.

We’re just three hours in and already we’ve talked with some amazing eco-friendly designers and seen a lot of great sustainable designs. Graypants is displaying their beautiful recycled cardboard lights, and Humanscale has an innovative LED desk light. We tested Think Fabricate’s new bamboo furniture, and we found a quirky hidden grill planter. Check out our Twitter feed for pictures straight from the showroom floor, and stay tuned for more ICFF coverage.
