		<description>Kinetic charging would probably make the iPhone huge. Not exactly what they&#039;re going for. And what&#039;s the tradeoff between the materials for a kinetic charger vs. the electricity used?

Solar charging is already possible if you have any solar-to-USB collector.

Using recycled materials is likely to make the phone bigger and/or to break more. If it breaks more readily, it then would result in more trash.

An optional charger would be seen by many as, &quot;they want me to pay extra to charge my rechargeable battery??!?&quot;

Less packaging is indeed a good idea. Apple is ahead of the curve there, but they could do a little better.</description>

		<description>While some of these ideas a definitely a far reach (and not to mention, very expensive), my favorite suggestion from this article is that of optional chargers. That could save money for both consumers and Apple while reducing waste!</description>
