After a trip to Ethiopia, he developed entrepreneurship opportunities for coffee farmers there through his Laughing Man Foundation. He has since opened a cafe serving coffee and tea and donates all the profits towards building relationships with farmers and providing community opportunities. This proud papa of two is also a devoted dad to several lucky pups who he prominently features on his Instagram page.

The founder and face of TOMS, Blake Mycoskie wrote the book on the socially responsible business and one-for-one giving model-literally. TOMS, which began by giving a pair of shoes to a child in need every time a pair was purchased, has expanded to improving access to water, providing safe births, donating sight-saving eye treatments and glasses, and tackling the issue of bullying. He also set a great example to new parents by taking paternity leave after the birth of his son and then passing along the option to his employees.
