1. Gather the ingredients

For the cream

  • 4 small bananas
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of strawberries
  • 1/3 cup of coconut water

 

For the toppings

  • 2 green grapes
  • a bunch of goji berries
  • 4 walnuts
  • 4 raisins
  • 1 tsp of pollen
  • 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds
  • fresh mint leaves

2. Make the cream

Freeze the bananas overnight. Take out, peel and chop them into slices. Wash and roughly chop the strawberries and raspberries, add some goji berries and coconut water and blend away into a creamy smoothie.

3. Prep the toppings

Cut the strawberries in half and take off the stems.

4. Cut the grapes

Cut the grapes in half. See if you prefer a vertical or horizontal cut, you decide.

5. Start making the mandala

Start by pouring some of the banana and berries cream in a deep plate. Start decorating from the edge of the plate towards the center.

6. Make the center

Place a berry in the center and sprinkle the seeds, nuts and pollen around it.

7. Devour

Once you are done with the mandala design, take a few minutes to mix all together and enjoy!
