Ingredients

  • 2 cups of organic fruit (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • organic banana
  • 1 cup organic yogurt
  • 2-4 cups ice (depending on how thick you want it)

Step 1: Wash Berries

You don’t have to cut up the berries, but cut the stems off of the strawberries. Then throughly wash the berries, even if they are organic.

Step 2: Blend Berries

In the blender, add the yogurt, banana, and berries. Then puree or liquify until smooth.

Ice Pop

If you want to make ice pops at the same time as making smoothies, now is the time to use the berry mixture. I reuse the yogurt cup and fill it with the mixture. Then add to your pop molds and freeze. They will be ready to eat in 3-4 hours.

Step 3: Blend Ice

Add the ice to your blended berry mixture. If you like a thin smoothie, add 2 cups of ice. If you prefer more frozen add 3-4 cups. Then puree or liquify 15 seconds.
